Great app it really helps!
This might be a great app I really cant tell. Unfortunately it talks and talks and talks and talks really slowly. If it would just show me text on the screen I could read it, about 30 times faster than it speaks, and I might actually learn something and or use the app. If you have the patience to waste your time with Podcasts, or dont really know how to read, this might be a great app give it a try.

Looking at a display that illuminates blue light likely wont fix your sleep schedule..

I have recently started using this app and I personally find it very helpful. It makes you more aware of your sleeping schedule and gives you facts on sleeping so that you could fall asleep easier. Definitely recommend for people who have trouble falling asleep at night.
Have been super impressed with the quality and customization of the information. The sleep exercises actually have worked for me. Looking forward to the rest of the courses! Love the quirky professor!

My app doesnt even work. Took a couple attempts to get past entering my name. And then couldnt get past the first question. So my app is brutal
Help you understand why you dont sleep or having difficulty, better than taking pills to help you sleep!
This app is a way to learn some basic cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. I have been using it with some success already. Give it a try.
